Bulk Creation of user id's & mailboxes in AD2008R2 & Ex2010

Hi All,

I trying to create bulk user id's as well as mailboxes by using CSV file & PowerShell Script. It's working fine but it's showing blank in Firstname & Lastname in User Account properties.

Even I want add into the specific groups by using this script.

Issues : It should automatically add into the specific groups once creation of new user id's & it should show the firstname & lastname in user properties in AD.
