We just built our 1st production server W2K8 R2. I am looking for a way to grant a non administrator the right to start/stop every service on W2K8 R2 Server. I have added them into the Power Users groups and that doesn't allow them to do this. The
options are grayed out. I know on W2K3 I was just able to add them to Power Users group and they had the ability to stop/restart/stop services but not on W2K8 R2. Is there a way to locally accomplish with some other method?
