We are facing the issue with same Internal and external Domain Names. We have a internal AD Domain with name abc.com and all the clients are added to the Domain. There are some company websites with name abc.com which are accessed from internet as well as from Intranet. There are lot of internal applications which are integrated with AD and using the name as *.abc.com. To prevent it from going to Proxy we have configured the proxy exception with *.abc.com and all the internal websites are opening fine without proxy. But when user tries to access external websites those are failing as it is not going to Proxy. We thought of adding the specific websites to Proxy exception but the number is very huge.
Please suggest as to how can we accomodate this requirement
