Hello everybody,

I have a doubt related to the active directory, I explain my question:

I work for a company with 30 computers more or less located in 3 different cities and all conected with a vpn.

Most of the users work with their own computer and don't change them. There are another users that don't have a pc and use one free with a especific account for them. we've recently bought a server and we've installed windows server 2008, the only use of the server will be storing information, and users and printers control.

At the moment the users are controlled with local accounts in each pc and in the server, would it be a better solution installing the active directory and managing all of them with it? I just have one server and can't afford another one for the dns server.

Thank you very much, I am new at windows server and I'm a bit lost!
