Security vs distribution groups

Hi All,

Running Windows 2008 R2 and Exchange 2010.

We have been cleaning up our AD structure and noticed we have a bunch of security groups, distribution lists and mail enabled security groups.

Just wondering why not turn everything into mail enabled security groups? Any big reasons why we shouldn’t?
