we have 2 root domain controllers which were windows server 2003 and later got upgraded to 2008. The Child DCs are 2008 from initially. Si we had to migrate the NTFRS sysvol replication to DFSR in root DCs. So now the sysvol folder in root DCs becane sysvol_DFSR. However the child DCs were 2008 from initially and hence the sysvol folder name remains the same. Please can anyone clarify this? This should be sysvol itself or should be sysvol_DFSR as in root DCs?
