add Vlan's to sites and services

In the past couple of months I have had to add VLANs to my network for wireless access. I have added 3 VLANs at each site (14 sites total) for the wireless. I also had to change subnet masks on two networks to accomodate creating the wireless VLANs on these networks (the networks were /16, required /23 for address space).

I have added the two new /23 subnets to sites and services but have not added the VLANs. Should the VLANs be added? Can I delete the old x.x.x.x/16 subnets that I replaced with x.x.x.x/23 ?
