Machines in Forest Cannot Enumerate Foreign Trust

I have two forests - A and B.  There is a two-way foreign trust between the two forests.

dc1.B can see all objects in forest A successfully.

however, all other servers in B (ie. server1.B) cannot enumerate the AD of forest A.  When I try to "Select, Users, Computers, Services Accounts, or Groups" and click "Find Now" in forest A from server1.B, I get the infamous:

I can run nslookup dc1.A fine from server1.B and the correct IP address returns.  Firewalls are disabled for the IP's.

I'm at my whit's end.  Any ideas?
