ADFS - sending the same attribute twice

Hi there folks

I am working with a customer and they have a requirement for us to supply both a NameID field AND an email address field in SAML together with Given Name and Last Name.

Anyhow if I try to send the AD email addresses as BOTH Name ID and email address then ADFS strips BOTH fields out.  How do I go about sending down the same information twice?
