Any catch on using photos in AD?

Hi,

We want to start looking into the possibility of putting employee photos in AD.  These pictures would show up in the Global Address List and could be used by staff to help figure out “who is who”.

We are using Windows 2008 AD, Exchange 2010 Sp2 RU 4 and Outlook 2010.  Just want to make sure there are no "gotchas"  or things we need to know before implementing this.

I am not asking how to do it. I found good documentation on how to enable/implement this but just want to know what are your experience like or anything I need to know before implementing this.
